ABOUT SKAUS

Set up in January 2017, SKAUS is an independent company based in Liverpool that aims to provide stunning and unique Nordic inspired, hyper-seasonal dishes with an emphasis on British produce.

During our first 12 months, Skaus ran a series of pop-up dining events. The team have worked with some amazing venues and companies such as HUS, Three Piggies, Black Lodge Brewery, Camp + Furnace, Craft Minded, The Merchant, 24 Kitchen Street, Grub Manchester, St. Georges Hall and Invisible Wind Factory.

Serving up lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, They now have a residency in the Grand Central Food Hall
