hanks is a new independent food concept from best friends Daniel Vacca and Craig Davis.
The duo have been inseparable after meeting in college while studying catering and now they decided to combine their friendship and passion for food and cooking into a business.
Co-owner and chef Daniel Vacca, said: “What we are trying to do at Shanks is give the customer restaurant standard food at food stall prices.
“Every dish of ours has a fine dining element and we use all the best cooking techniques that you would find in top restaurants across the country.”
With decades in the industry under their belt and the team are vowing to blow customers minds with their seasonal menus and meat cooked to perfection.
