Liverpool’s first Champagne+Fromage opens its doors this Friday 28th September and promises to give town a taste of specially sourced champagne and cheese.
This will be the first Champagne+Fromage outside of London, where the brand has already gained substantial popularity.
Champagne+Fromage is the exciting new addition to the recently renovated Grand Central Bazaar in the former Quiggins area.
The bar will offer Grower Champagne produced by independent producers who are passionate in following the traditional methods of artisanal wine making.
Champagne+Fromage’s bubbles, available both by the bottle and by the glass, can also be matched with the ever popular raclette, cheese/charcuterie sharing platters and baked cheeses.
The two cousins who are opening the first northern branch are on a mission to broaden people’s perception of champagne – to show that it is a wine, and that it is hugely versatile, to be enjoyed at any time, by itself or with a meal
Matched with their love of cheese and all things well sourced, they promise to share with Liverpool their passion for good food drink.
Champagne+Fromage have been delighting customers for nearly 10 years at their four London locations (Covent Garden, Brixton Village, Greenwich, and Mercato Metropolitano).
The original founders are close friends (French expatriates living in London) who specialise in Grower Champagne, (Maud and Stefano) and artisan cheese (Yann and Frank). In 2011 the four of them joined forces, united by their shared love of champagne and cheese, and the unshakeable belief that not only do the two belong together, but also that champagne is so much more than just a rarely consumed celebration drink.
NEW FOR LIVERPOOL
Champagne+Fromage has been hugely successful in London, due to its unique pairing of a largely exclusive selection of more than 50 artisan produced Grower Champagnes and bistro style menu.
Two cousins will be opening the Liverpool branch in the renovated Grand Central Bazaar.
This space is ideal for private hire, for parties, receptions, meetings or celebrations.
Tomorrow’s grand relaunch will also feature DJ Ian Longo.
